Don’t Make a Home in Your Excuses

Bible Hack: Stop letting what you lack become the reason you never use what you have.

Scripture: Judges 6:15-16: “Please, Lord, how can I save Israel? Behold, my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house. And the LORD said to him, ‘But I will be with you.’”

Explanation: Gideon focused on his weak family position and believed he was the least qualified person for the assignment. God answered his insecurity with His presence and called Gideon to move forward despite how small he felt.

Simple Action: Write down one excuse you’ve been repeating and take one small action that proves it doesn’t control you.

An excuse can explain your hesitation without earning the right to lead your life.
