Marques is a servant, writer, husband, father, and the co-founder of ThinkAmazing, a nonprofit organization that uses biblical principles to inspire people to live a purpose-driven life. He writes articles to help people understand the Bible in a simple and practical way.

Marques has over 15 years of experience in education and workforce development, managing grant programs for the Department of Education, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity. As a grant writer, he has raised over $10M in public and private funding, led fundraising strategies that resulted in over $60M secured, and has managed grant accounts with budgets totaling over $70M. Marques has worked with tech companies, corporate foundations, national workforce boards, colleges and high schools. Marques received his Master’s of Science in Counseling and Higher Education, and his Bachelor’s of Art in Sociology from Northern Illinois University.
