I Am Protected
Psalm 32:7 — “For you are my hiding place; you protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory.”
Protection means that God is actively keeping watch over your life.
God Says You Are Protected
You are never unguarded. God’s protection isn’t just a wall around you. It’s an active, personal, attentive covering. He sees the threats you don’t see. He closes doors you didn’t know were dangerous. He redirects paths that would have cost you more than you know. You’re not just getting through life by luck. You’re being watched over by the One who knows every detail.
How to Practice Being Protected
- Pray over your day before it starts. Take a few minutes each morning to ask God to go before you. Invite His protection over your mind, your health, your relationships, and your decisions.
- Trust the closed doors. When things don’t work out, instead of forcing them, consider that God may be protecting you from something you can’t see yet.
- Stay spiritually alert. Protection isn’t just physical. Stay aware of what you’re consuming mentally and emotionally. Guard your peace intentionally.
Prayer
Father, thank You for covering me in ways I don’t even fully understand. I trust that You are watching over my life. Protect my mind, my heart, my health, and those I love. Go before me today and let every step I take be ordered by You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
