I Am Blessed

Deuteronomy 28:6 — “You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.”

Being blessed means God’s favor is actively working in your life in ways that go beyond what you can create on your own.

God Says You Are Blessed

Blessing isn’t just material. It’s the tangible goodness of God showing up in your everyday life. It’s open doors, the right connections, favor in unexpected places, protection you didn’t earn, and provision that goes beyond what your efforts alone could produce. You are blessed not because life is always easy, but because God’s hand is always present, working things together for your good.

How to Practice Being Blessed

  1. Acknowledge the blessing you already have. Before you ask for more, take inventory of what you’ve been given. Gratitude positions your heart to receive more.
  2. Be a channel, not a container. Blessing flows best when it flows through you. Look for ways to bless others with your time, resources, encouragement, and presence.
  3. Expect favor. Walk into new situations with an expectation that God’s hand is on you. Not entitlement, but expectation rooted in faith. What you expect often shapes what you notice.

Prayer

Father, thank You for the blessing You’ve placed on my life. Open my eyes to see it clearly. Help me to steward it well and to be a blessing to everyone I encounter. Let Your favor surround me as a shield. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
