Stop Carrying What You Can Share

Bible Hack: When the load becomes too heavy, ask for help and divide the responsibility before exhaustion makes the decision for you.

Scripture: Exodus 18:17–18: “What you are doing is not good. You and the people with you will certainly wear yourselves out, for the thing is too heavy for you. You are not able to do it alone.”

Explanation: Moses was trying to solve every problem for the people by himself from morning until evening. His father-in-law, Jethro, saw that the workload was wearing Moses down and slowing everyone else down too. Moses followed his advice by appointing capable leaders to handle smaller matters while he focused on the responsibilities only he could carry.

Simple Action: Choose one task you’ve been holding alone and ask one capable person to help you with it today.

Some burdens feel heavy because they were built with handles for more than one person.
