I Am Redeemed

Ephesians 1:7 — “In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.”

Redemption means God took your worst and turned it into your testimony.

God Says You Are Redeemed

Redemption means God bought you back. Whatever was lost, stolen, or destroyed in your life, He has the power to restore and repurpose it. Your story isn’t over. Your failures aren’t the final word. God has a history of taking what the enemy meant for destruction and turning it into something that serves His purpose. That includes your story.

How to Practice Being Redeemed

Stop hiding your story. Your testimony has power. The things you’ve been through, the mistakes you’ve made, the pain you’ve survived, when redeemed, they become something that sets other people free. Stop hiding them.
Let redemption reframe your past. Instead of asking “Why did this happen to me?” ask “How can God use this?” Redemption changes the meaning of your story without erasing the details.
Live in your redemption daily. Redemption isn’t just a past event. It’s a present reality. Every day, choose to live as someone who has been bought back and repurposed by God.

Prayer

Father, thank You for my redemption. You took what was broken and bought it back. Help me to live fully in that reality and to use my story to point others toward You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
